I’m a proud mother of two miracles and an Army wife. My Christian faith, along with my holistic and spiritual beliefs, is at the heart of my practice. I specialize in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Polyvagal Therapy, helping adults from Tennessee, Georgia, and Virginia navigate stress, trauma, and emotional challenges. Together, we’ll create a safe space for healing, growth, and finding balance through individual teletherapy.
